(NUI) - Do your kids love to play games? Traditional children's games are great for entertaining kids. They can help kids get their minds off of their problems or build relationships with their parents and siblings.

However, children often do not learn as much from games as they learn from their studies. But now, there's a game that aims to please children and parents alike because it's fun and educational, too.

Genio Cards, created by Genio Group Inc., is a collection of 360 cards divided into 30 subjects. Each subject is hosted by a different Marvel Comics super hero, such as Spider-Man, Hulk or Daredevil. These cards are used to play a game in which players pit characters against each other. At the same time, the cards teach children many interesting facts about science, history and other educational topics.

By collecting the cards and playing the game, children will learn about the Egyptian pyramids, Malaysia's towering skyscrapers, the African rainforest, the North and South Poles, the seven oceans, the peak of Mount Everest and more.

Some of the science and nature-oriented themes featured on the cards include outer space, weather, natural wonders, birds, polar animals, reptiles, insects, arachnids and African mammals.

The game also teaches children about culture and human history with subjects ranging from warriors and martial arts to American heroes, sports, evolution of transportation and the history of aviation.

In addition, the cards spark children's imaginations with fantasy creatures, such as a blue-tongued lizard, a 57-foot squid, a bug that sprays a stinky mist, a 400 million-year-old fish and a dinosaur with two brains.

Parents familiar with the comic book characters from their youth will also enjoy playing this game with their children. You can find Genio Cards at Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, FAO Schwarz, Toys 'R' Us and Kmart stores or by calling Genio Group Inc. (OTCBB: GNOI) at 1-800-449-1400.
