(NAPSI)-More and more Am-ericans are discovering the fun of a logic puzzle called Sudoku, Japanese for "numbers singly."

The rules of the puzzle are simple but the line of reasoning required to reach completion may be difficult. In fact, some teachers are even using Sudoku as an exercise in logical reasoning.

A Sudoku puzzle is a 9-by-9 grid split into nine 3-by-3 boxes, with a symmetrical pattern of numbers in about 36 of the 81 squares. In the solution, each row, column and box must contain one each of the numerals 1 to 9. No mathematics is involved in solving the puzzle.

Now a magnetic travel game lets you have fun with Sudoku anywhere you go. You don't need a writing surface-Goplay Sudoku's compact magnetic playing surface is completely portable. The magnetic numbers stay in place through all types of travel. There's even an erasable pen in case your guesses don't pan out.

Goplay Sudoku is available at Barnes & Noble for $8.95 and also comes in a children's version. For more information, visit www.fridgeplay.com.
