(NAPSI)-According to the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA), Americans will be traveling in record numbers this year-with a projected 2.3 percent increase in leisure travel.
TIA estimates that Americans will account for more than 550 million trips this year. Three out of four Americans plan to visit friends and relatives, two thirds will be at a beach and/or visiting small towns and rural areas. Over a third will be traveling with children.
Whether you're traveling by plane, train or automobile, there are a number of ways to keep youngsters-and adults-from asking "Are we there yet?"
